An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a Management Information and Exams Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective, supportive and efficient Management Information and Exam service to students, staff and partners of the College. They will work between the Exams and Management Information Teams dependent upon team priorities and work schedules and will be responsible for tasks such as entering and maintaining student data into relevant College systems, supporting the Management Information Manager to submit statutory data returns to bodies such as the Education Skills Funding Agency, the Greater London Authority and working with the Examinations Manager to ensure that all examinations are conducted in accordance with Joint Council for Qualification and awarding body regulations at all times.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an administrative environment. They will have good attention to detail and be able to work unsupervised with the ability to manage their own workload and priorities. Previous experience working in an administrative environment is essential. Experience supporting management information and examination processes would be advantageous, but not essential.
