Position Summary: As a Product Change Specialist, you'll be integral in overseeing product change mortgage requests. Your duties will include: Acting as the main contact for questions concerning product change mortgage applications. Providing timely, precise, and suitable responses to inquiries. Working closely with different internal teams and Mortgage Advisers to keep them updated on case status and to resolve any issues that arise. Actively engaging with current customers to enhance the product change pipeline and reminding them of imminent product expiration dates. Efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data within internal and external systems. Independently managing applications and addressing related tasks. Chasing any outstanding documentation, reports, and information required to advance applications. Coordinating valuations and communicating with valuers to ensure smooth processes. Conducting final checks before the completion of applications. Qualifications: Though not essential, basic knowledge or experience in the mortgage or financial sector is advantageous.
