An exciting opportunity has arisen for Bank Staff Nurses to join our friendly and enthusiastic nursing teams within Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust. We are currently offering a range of shifts to suit you including weekdays, weekends, earlies, lates, long days and nights.
Main duties of the job
Becoming a Bank Staff Nurse gives you the opportunity to gain experience within a variety of different clinical areas and specialties working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare support workers, doctors, and various other professionals.
Please note that we will require evidence of IV training via certificates.

Training and Qualifications
Essential criteria
7. Degree level education or equivalent knowledge and skills through any combination of alternative study, or employment experience
8. Professional UK registration e.g. NMC, HPC
9. Computer literate
Experience and Knowledge
Essential criteria
10. Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD) clearly recorded for professional profile
11. Completed clinical placements in a variety of areas
12. Knowledge of the management of in-patients and outpatients including evidence based strategies
13. Knowledge and experience of a range of approaches to the management of patients utilising clinical reasoning
14. Multidisciplinary team working
15. Understanding of Health Environment policies and legislation including Clinical, HR, E&D, Governance
16. Adherence to current statutory requirements, standards and regulations
17. Awareness of local and national agenda within the speciality
