JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Business Support Executive will support Commercial – Sourcing function on the data entry process for supplier contracts. This includes the creation, uploading and continual maintenance of all aspects of supplier contracts, supplier information and content information (instructions, optional extras, promotions). Also includes the Polygon mapping tool update and maintenance for new geographical areas and update existing ones.
This role will involve adhering to set service targets and KPI’s and delivering work of a high quality with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality control. You can be based in Palma (ES) OR in Brighton (UK).
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Owning the end-to-end contract loading process, which involves entering all data relevant to a supplier from contacts & bank details, to voucher content and products & costs, ensuring the delivery of the relevant agreed projects, in line with the strategic objectives and commercial targets.
2. Adding cost updates in the form of promotions or profile costs for specific clients.
3. Coordinating the communications of relevant product updates, removals or additions to the trading team and other business stakeholders, to maintain clear and strong control over the product portfolio, enabling robust management over the product life cycle.
4. Perform in-depth and continuous quality checks on the Transfers Product portfolio to proactively identify and correct potential issues, analyzing the existing information and providing solutions in alignment with the best practice framework.
5. Analyzing and interpreting incoming supplier contract data with the ability to question the data from an operational and commercial perspective with key stakeholders.
6. Communicating with other teams as appropriate, to identify improvement opportunities to drive high quality, efficient and productive processes related to product loading and configuration.
7. Maintaining and updating all relevant tracking documents ensuring the business is aware of the continued status of all strategic loading actions.
8. Continual review and maintenance of the existing training materials, as well as creating new documentation as appropriate (such as best practice guidelines, tools, procedures, etc.), to coordinate and protect information, guaranteeing business continuity and developing modular training materials where necessary.
9. Facilitating training for new team members on administrative procedures, company policies and performance standards, through coaching and regular performance assessments.

7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and a desire to learn how to use new software systems.
