We're seeking an experienced IT Technician to join a school in Thanet, providing technical support 5 days a week. Key responsibilities include resolving IT issues, developing skills, and maintaining relationships with staff.
Key Requirements:
* Technical knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Office Systems, MAC Support, Microsoft Server and Virtualisation Technologies, and Active Directory Security and Administration.
* Ability to resolve hardware issues, support hardware, printers, desktops, and servers, and provide technical support up to tier three.
* Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking knowledge regarding WAN, LAN, VLAN, VPN, WLAN, layer 2/3 switching, Firewalls, and routers.
