The caseload will consist of a range of paediatric neurodevelopmental and neurological conditions from 0-19 years.
The post holder should ideally have experience in the assessment and treatment of children and young people with neurodevelopmental, orthopaedic and neurological conditions.
Come and join our friendly Child Development team and also have a great work / life balance with every weekend off!

Main duties of the job
The Paediatric Physiotherapy service aims to provide expert assessment, treatment and advice to children and young people between 0 and 19 years of age. We work to educate and support families, carers and other healthcare professionals including school and early years settings staff. You will be required to support students, assistants and technical instructors as part of your role. Motivation to assist and support service development is essential. Excellent time management skills are required in order to manage this busy and fast-paced caseload. Service delivery is primarily based at Worthing Child Development Centre, but there will also be a need to deliver care in patients' homes, schools and the wider community. You will need to be a car owner and driver, with a full UK license. You will need to have current HCPC registration.
We offer regular in-service training, peer supervision and clinical support. There are dedicated paediatric special interest groups and the Paediatric Physiotherapy service is supported by a Countywide Professional Lead.
