My Client based in Essex is looking to appoint an Interim HR Restructuring Project Officer to start as soon as possible until at least March 2025.
Job Description:
1. Support in taking the notes within the collective consultation meetings with the employee representatives and making sure these are available on a shared drive for all the employee representatives.
2. Collating the questions from the employee representatives and updating the presentation slides ready for the meeting.
3. Being the first point of contact for employees and then escalating questions to HRBP/HRD where appropriate.
4. Drafting the at-risk letters and redundancy confirmation letters when they move into individual consultation.
5. Gathering employee information from Workday and HR Reporting team to ensure that the corporate and team reports are up to date, including the status reports of the process and the overall project plan dates.
6. Any ad hoc admin tasks such as low-level process queries and system queries.
7. Support HRD/HRBP in any admin-related or coordination tasks in the UK.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. To be available at short notice.
2. Previous experience and understanding of restructures.
3. To undertake all administration duties to support the HR Director throughout this project.
4. To commit to this role until the project ends in March 2025.
This role is being offered on a hybrid or fully remote basis as all Consultations are held via Teams.
