We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Ward Sister to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the ward in the absence of the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse, coordinating the busy assessment unit and working in our exciting new unit surgical SDEC.
Your leadership will ensure that appropriate skill mix and staffing levels are achieved through the effective and efficient utilisation of the ward team, maintaining a high standard of care throughout each shift.
