We are looking for an enthusiastic Art Teacher to join a welcoming school on a Full-Time basis starting ASAP. The school is based in Peterborough and will involve delivering engaging and creative art lessons within a mainstream school setting.
About the School: This is a three-form-entry, local authority community secondary school. The age range is from 11-16. The school has an on-site after-school provision, which is also the venue for the school’s Breakfast Club. Furthermore, they are fortunate enough to have their own catering staff. We value our staff and place high importance on creating an inspirational and safe environment for our students to thrive.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience teaching Art at secondary level.
2. A genuine passion for working with young students and inspiring creativity.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
4. Patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing approach to supporting students' artistic development.
5. Strong understanding of various artistic techniques, mediums, and art history.
6. Relevant teaching qualifications, such as QTS or PGCE, are preferred but optional.
