In this role you will: • Design and deliver tailored asset finance solutions to meet customer needs. • Achieve sales targets and objectives in line with business goals. • Proactively manage the dealer region, collaborating closely to promote and generate finance solutions that drive vehicle sales. • Participate and contribute to dealer sales meetings to strengthen partnerships and boost sales performance. • Build trust and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, prospects, customers, advisors, and vendors to foster long-term success. • Enhance the finance knowledge of vehicle sales teams through guidance and support. • Prepare and deliver reports, sales forecasts, and tactical sales campaigns that align with strategic objectives. • Identify broader sales opportunities, for the wider business.
