They offer fire and intruder alarms, CCTV, fire risk assessments, security and electrical services, serving 8,000 customers with annual sales of £16m. Their customers are mainly small to medium sized commercial businesses, construction, public sector, schools and housing associations. They are now looking to further develop their customer base across the South Coast, from Dorset to Sussex and hence seeking a motivated, trusted individual to join the senior team as Regional Sales Manager, based primarily in Littlehampton office. Regional Sales Manager, the role: Managing high value key accounts Attaining new clients whilst driving existing sales Booking site surveys and sales visits with customers Quoting for remedial works following engineers visits Managing client contracts and the rates of contracts under supervision Reviewing sales reports to ensure that target sales are being hit Passing sales for scheduling, and working with administration staff for best practice Handling and assigning reactive calls to relevant people Ensuring quotes are professional and sent promptly and correctly to the relevant people Reviewing quotes sent and contacting clients within 48 hours ensuring that the appropriate responses have been implemented Regional Sales Manager, the person: Previous experience within a similar sales role and an understanding of a fire, security or electrical industry (in a work capacity) is desirable Knowledge of database software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience attending surveys in a business services context Working within the business that has a team of engineers delivering jobs would be beneficial Capable of handling business customers (not just domestic householders), looking after key clients and relationship building Evidence of process improvement creating new workflows, writing up procedures etc Familiar with handling key accounts and structuring large contracts and installations Target driven - track record of being given and achieving monthly targets Working and understanding KPIS, and forecasting future sales Excellent telephone manner Full UK driving licence will be required Pure Human Resources Limited works in partnership with New Path Fire and Security in providing Recruitment support.
