RECRUITING – EXPERIENCED CONTRACT COVER ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE MIDDLESBROUGH AREA ***
The role is maternity cover and runs to February 2026 – Paying £12.60 per hour, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
The Company:- Our client is a leading Facility Management and property maintenance company delivering integrated Building and Facilities Management Services, to a number of prestigious clients across the UK.
The Person req:-
All applicants must have experience of carrying out all aspects of administration work – you must be smart and well presented and capable of communicating at all levels. The successful candidate will possess Strong administration and organisational skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Job spec:
Managing a bespoke database to co-ordinate maintenance for street lighting.
Capable of multi tasking with high accuracy.
Forward planning to proactively complete all associated tasks in a timely manner.
Generate/validate work orders for operatives for reactive works and routine maintenance.
Open/close permits when required.
Plot new assets using street lighting designs and remove obsolete assets from the database in respect of accruals and de-accruals.
Update asset composition when required to maintain an accurate inventory.
Assist the office manager with a range of duties and provide cover in her absence.
