About the Role:
As Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you will support the delivery of high-quality care. You will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence, ensuring the delivery of quality care standards and motivating a multidisciplinary team to help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life.
You will lead by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory compliance checks. You will set the highest standards and develop strategies to achieve your goals.
About You:
To join us as a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Experience in helping residents with different health needs is essential, as well as a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
We also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. You must be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
