TPS Centre Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced centre manager to lead our TPS Centre team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, ensuring that all customers receive an excellent service and experience.
About TPS:
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products, allowing them to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily centre operations and ensure seamless delivery of services to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
- Lead and motivate centre teams to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a centre manager or in a similar leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary:
£55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
