Job Description
* Support the HR department in various administrative tasks.
* Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication.
* Maintain employee records with a high level of accuracy.
* Coordinate HR projects and take minutes during meetings.
* Help to organise and manage company events and team-building activities.
* Deal with employee requests and provide relevant information.
* Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant role.
* Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
* Familiarity with human resources management systems.
* Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks.
* Strong communication skills.
