An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Brokerage Team for a Health & Review Liaison Officer. The Brokerage Team is a highly successful, rewarding, and fast paced team which undertakes the purchasing of care services for residential care and home care. This post is to provide maternity cover.
The Role:
Key elements are:
* Focusing on contracting and reporting of the above services.
* Liaising with external agencies and partners, in which you will be required to build rapport and develop and maintain working relationships.
* Collating and analysing of data, which feeds and allows the undertaking of special project work to improve future models of service delivery.
* Effective liaison with other teams and other members of the Brokerage Team.
* Production of management information and the review of systems and processes and to support the implementation of improvements.
The Candidate:
You will:
* Be a self-motivated and individual
* Have a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
* Have a flexible approach focussed on effective service delivery.
* Be an experienced computer user (both Microsoft Office Packages and database systems).
* Have the ability to analyse and manipulate large data sets.
* Have the ability to develop and maintain strong and positive working relationships.
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Possess a practical and logical approach to problem solving.
* Be able to respond to high volumes of work and have a positive attitude to change.
The team can facilitate a blended working (home and office) approach with some degree of flexibility around start and finish times.
