We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Business Development Manager, responsible for the Midlands and North West regions.
About the Role
The Business Development Manager's objective is to grow the sales in the region by developing new prospects and growing existing client's sales. The required split between new and existing client visits will be 70/30. They will be fully accountable for sales revenues in their region. They will call on existing but mainly potential clients to explain the Trescal footprint & solutions (Return to base, on site, Embedded) and the advantages of using us as a Single Source Provider.

Essential Skills
1. Demonstrate proven experience and success in both Sales development and the development of new clients (Service and or Metrology sales would be preferential)
2. Knowledge of the calibration market is highly desirable
3. Excellent analytical and organisational skills with verbal, written persuasion and presentation skills, and detail orientated
