Job Description
You will be joining a forward-thinking organisation where your expertise in accounts and attention to detail will ensure your opportunity to grow a long term career within this amazing people centric organisationAs an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation's financial operations. From processing and reconciling invoices to issuing customer invoices and managing payments, your work will directly impact the business. You'll also assist with bank reconciliations, support the maintenance of the general ledger, and contribute to the preparation of financial reports that inform key decisions.
Your day-to-day will also include
* Liaising with vendors and customers,
* Resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures and regulations.
* You'll also provide essential administrative support to the finance team,
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field.
* A strong background within a broad accounts assistant role
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
