Job summary The post is for ward 7 Prince Charles Hospital. We are a busy surgical ward. Our patients are mainly admitted to us via ED, ITU and day surgery. We specialise in emergency surgery covering several specialities, such as colorectal, general surgery, urology and Maxo facial. We can offer many different learning experiences and thrive to always improve the care we give to provide our patients with quality driven care. The post holder will carry out a range of assigned tasks involving direct and indirect care for the benefit of the patient/client in accordance with agreed protocols. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures are observed, and meet Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB requirements, as well as NMC Standards and Codes of Conduct.
