About the Role:
As a Learner Behaviour Coach, you will play a vital role in ensuring the campus remains a safe, inclusive, and engaging space for all learners. You will patrol social spaces, actively engage with learners, and promote positive behaviours that enhance their learning and social experiences. Your ability to address behavioural concerns promptly and effectively will be essential in maintaining the campus's high standards of conduct.
In this role, you will also mentor students, guiding them to develop good habits and behaviours that contribute to their overall success. Collaborating with staff and departments, you will work to create an environment that inspires and supports students in reaching their full potential. Additionally, you will lead workshops and training sessions, offering valuable insights on self-discipline, effective study habits, and personal growth.
About You:
You are passionate about working with young adults and have a genuine interest in helping them succeed academically and personally. Your approachable and positive attitude makes you a trusted mentor, while your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to connect effectively with students and colleagues alike.
With a background in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, you bring knowledge and expertise to the role. Prior experience in a similar position or working in an educational setting is highly desirable. You are calm under pressure, a natural problem solver, and committed to fostering a supportive and respectful campus environment.
