Main duties of the job You will provide clinically effective, high quality, individualized post-operative patient care working within the multi-disciplinary team You will deliver patient care throughput the post-operative pathway You will promote a safe and attractive working environment that is conducive to learning. You will contribute to the continuing development of post-operative and professional practice ensuring practice is evidence based. You will support the integration of clinical governance in all aspects of patient care delivery.
