Your Role: Be the welcoming face of the business, ensuring a professional and seamless client experience. Design and deliver an outstanding client journey, from first contact to ongoing relationship management. Support office operations, scheduling and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency. Assist in managing the Managing Directors diary and travel arrangements. Maintain a well-organised office environment, including meeting room coordination and hospitality. Experience required: Minimum of 1 years experience in a client-facing role in a high-quality service environment (professional business/hospitality). Strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills and a solution orientated approach. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills confident communicator who can liaise with key internal and external stakeholders. Capable of managing multiple tasks.
