In the past two years we’ve expanded our remit to ensure brand strategy is used as a vision/tool to drive competitive advantage in priority parts of the company experience, by designing transformation programs that drive behavior change. We focus on inspiring and equipping the talent inside the business to embrace the change needed to deliver on the strategic brand ambitions. These programs include but are not limited to:
1. Building inspiring transformation narratives and visions to support the case for change and drive organisation wide clarity and momentum.
2. Designing events and transformational experiences to inspire ownership and adoption of brand strategy.
3. Creating bespoke tools, training and playbooks for talent to implement change in their roles every day - with a brand or marketing focus.
4. Designing rituals and artifacts to embed new practices in culture and make change stick.
We’ve established a thriving European Transformation Practice which currently works with the likes of Mars Inc, Lego and PepsiCo and the BBC on global transformation and culture change programs.
We are now looking for an experienced Strategy Director to join our growing Transformation Department, contributing to our mission by leading strategy on impactful brand and marketing transformation projects. This role will collaborate closely with our European Transformation Lead Sara Tate, driving behavior change and helping our clients realize their ambitions.
Responsibilities
* Design & Deliver Transformation Programs: Create and implement transformation initiatives with a focus on driving internal behavioral change, e.g., driving adoption in the plans, tools and day-to-day rituals of internal teams.
* Strategic leadership: Serve as the primary strategist for marketing and brand-led transformation projects, driving the project’s direction with light guidance from the European Transformation Lead.
* Senior client partnership: Build and grow strong relationships with C-suite and senior leadership teams within large, multi-stakeholder organizations, positioning 21CB as a trusted advisor.
* Client growth: Identify and convert organic growth opportunities within client partnerships.
* Innovate & Enhance 21CB’s transformation offerings: Develop new ideas and approaches to enhance 21CB’s existing products and programs, drawing on a deep understanding of behavior change to solve our challenges.
* Foster Learning & Development: Continuously seek to enhance personal knowledge and share insights within 21CB to drive forward the overall capabilities of our Transformation Practice.
Skills
* Executive Presence & Communication: Possess a compelling narrative ability, capable of managing and presenting complex transformation strategies to senior stakeholders, including C-suite clients.
* Fluency in both Brand and Business Strategy: Demonstrate fluency of the brand and marketing landscapes and how these connect to the business challenges and opportunities that clients are facing.
* Transformation Program Design: Proven experience in designing and delivering transformation projects, particularly those that are brand or marketing-centric, with a strong focus on achieving lasting behavioral change.
* Expertise in facilitation and workshop design: Designing and delivering interactive sessions with senior clients.
* Care about our clients' success: Demonstrate a passion for understanding clients' unique challenges and the complexity that we are helping them navigate and cut through.
* Blend knowledge and practicality: Bring a knowledge of theory and best practice and be able to make it simple and actionable for our busy, senior clients.

Candidate criteria
* Director level 10+ years experience
* Stellar reputation with strong cases of leading/driving in internal change programmes with transformational impact
* Superpower in marketing
