We are in a significant change period - we are implementing numerous improvement projects as well as a significant building project and need a new team member to help with the facilities administration workload.
The roles primary focus will be to provide assistance to the facilities Coordinator. This will involve triaging facilities requests via our service portal (HALO) and liaising with vendors and support personnel to complete the requests.
As we are heavily involved with the building project, at times you may be required to be a stand in for the Facilities Coordinator when they are absent, in order to help with contractors on site.

Here are the skills and experience that will set you up for success in this special role!
Communication is key, everything that the Admin and Logistics team do has an impact on the TRC team.
We need you to be a real people person who is able to build and maintain networks both internally and externally. This is a diverse role and no two days will be the same. You will need to be adaptable and willing to provide assistance where needed.
Computer skills are needed and proficiency in Microsoft is essential .
The role will involve procurement and processing requests through our finance system Datascape, to support the logistics space. You may also be called on to assist the Fleet Coordinator with vehicle uplifts and drop offs to service agents.
You will need to have a full driver's licence.
