As Business Change Planning and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exciting business change projects which are critical to the ongoing development of professional services at Keele University. The primary focus of the role is to play a pivotal subject matter expert role in guiding the organisational approach to planning and executing major business change. Critically you will implement frameworks and operating practices for business change planning and engagement which will support both transformation projects and programmes and spread best practice more widely across the organisation.
