Job Title: Maths Intervention Specialist

Job Duties:
* Provide targeted maths intervention to students to improve their mathematical skills
* Create and implement individualised learning plans to address specific areas of improvement
* Monitor and assess student progress through regular assessments and adjust intervention strategies as needed
* Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development
* Maintain accurate records of intervention sessions and student progress
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialist knowledge in mathematics education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in education, with a focus on maths intervention
Knowledge and Skills:
* Deep understanding of the UK national curriculum for mathematics
* Ability to engage and motivate students with varying learning styles
* Proficient in using data to inform instructional decisions
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or Mathematics
* Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily in a school setting
* Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
* Potential for occasional evening or weekend work for parent meetings or school events
