Giftcloud is seeking a Project Coordinator to help drive the success of our product. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing projects from planning to launch and analysis. Collaborating with sales, operations, tech teams, and clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring new features are delivered smoothly and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the affiliate market space Duties include: Identify opportunities to improve the Giftcloud product for our clients and our clients’ customers, as well as internal users of the platform. Work closely with the Client Services Manager and Account team to understand the client’s long and short term objectives, identifying product opportunities to increase revenue and performance and help create persuasive proposals to present to clients Work closely with the Operations Team to help identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to workflow to create efficiencies. Manage the technical roadmap and prioritising work in line with business priorities and client needs. Create and develop project plans for key areas and ensure these are delivered within timescales Create BRD’s and TOR's to ensure wider business sign off can be gathered where necessary Understand trends across the industry and undertake analysis to identify improvements and potential new revenue streams for the business. Attend the daily scrum meetings Host and attend sprint planning, refinement and retrospective meetings Write user stories, bugs and tasks Interfacing with clients to understand the scope of their desired project. Key Competencies and Experience: Exposure to project support and coordination: Familiarity with assisting in projects from concept to delivery, including tracking progress and providing updates. Excellent communication skills: Able to communicate clearly (both verbally and in writing) with team members and clients, with a willingness to learn negotiation skills. Basic understanding of agile and scrum techniques: Some knowledge or experience with agile and scrum frameworks, ideally through coursework, certifications, or introductory experience. Familiarity with gathering and understanding requirements: Exposure to requirement-gathering methods such as interviews or research, and enthusiasm for learning and developing these skills further. Ability to present information clearly: Comfortable presenting solutions to various parties using a range of techniques (flow charts, wireframes, mockups etc) Proven analytical and problem solving skills Willingness to build effective relationships: Openness to working with key stakeholders and learning how to develop professional relationships. Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines in a fast paced environment A great team player Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
