Job summary This is a key role within our Hub service, located at Fair Havens, overlooking beautiful Priory park. This role coordinates and manages the activities provided by the Hub service, all whilst providing a wide range of administrative support to our staff and volunteers. Please note that this role may close early if sufficient applications have been received. Main duties of the job You will work as part of the wider team of coordinators to ensure that services are streamlined with robust internal referral pathways. This also involves liaising with the hospice multidisciplinary team to ensure that assessments are coordinated and monitored and that referrals to the service are appropriate.
