What you’ll be doing
⦁ Lead on Food Production, prepare meals, management of a single kitchen and team of Assistants / Team Leader
⦁ Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit
⦁ Responsible for ensuring efficient execution and delivery of all food line products in line with the daily menu
⦁ Prepare and manage accurate projections for all P & L accounts including raw materials, wages etc.
⦁ Performance management of the team on site
⦁ Scheduling rotas, placing orders and processing payroll
⦁ Ensure Team Leaders and Team Members receive appropriate training to company policies; legal and health and safety requirements
⦁ Maintain & develop client relationships
⦁ This is a fully “hands on” operational role.
⦁ Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers.
Experience:
⦁ A DBS check will be required to complete your application
⦁ Previous management experience and cheffing experience essential
⦁ Have excellent customer service skills
⦁ E learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food safety level 2/3 certificate and Health and Safety.
