This is a generalist HR position with ER Casework, salary £29,800 - £31,700. The Role As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting line managers and team leaders with expert HR advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle, handling employee relations cases including grievances and disciplinaries. Key Responsibilities : Provide first-line HR support to managers and team leaders, offering timely and compliant advice on HR matters. Resolve queries with a proactive and solution-focused approach, collaborating with colleagues where needed. Support workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management initiatives. Assist in delivering HR training and development to management. Attend formal hearings and meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and minutes. Maintain up-to-date records on employee relations matters, absence management, and compliance. Contribute to policy development, ensuring HR functions align with the Business objectives. Work closely with HR colleagues to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Skills and Experience CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent relevant experience. Experience working in a generalist HR role, handling employee relations cases including grievances and disciplinaries. Knowledge of employment legislation and best HR practices. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
