Job Title: Meeting Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meeting Coordinator to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. This contract position is for 12 months, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring 3 days per week onsite in Basingstoke.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support marketing deliverables and activities, including sponsorship and speaker contracting, meetings and P2P initiatives (e.g. webinars).
* Collaborate with Business Unit brand and medical teams to deliver operational plans.
* Provide contracting, payment, and meeting logistics support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Partner with external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution of planned activities.
* Plan and coordinate activities and meetings with multiple stakeholders across brands.
Your Background:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and/or project management in a heavily regulated environment (ideally previous or current project/operations coordinator in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting company e.g. scientific communications, healthcare consultancy, events).
* Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to prioritize tasks as per business need.
* Knowledge of technologies such as Veeva Promomats, Mercury, and/or other relevant software for the pharmaceutical industry.
* Familiarity with the NHS and overall healthcare system in the UK, especially the pharmaceutical industry.
* Experience planning, coordinating, and executing medical/marketing pharma events (e.g. meetings, conferences, virtual webinars) from an operations/logistics perspective.
