Appointment Scheduling- manage and coordinate patient appointments using the practice's clinical system; EMIS Web Phone Management- handing incoming calls, addressing patient queries, providing information and directing call appropriately Administrative Duties- perform various administrative tasks, including updating patient records, processing paperwork and prescription requests Communication- serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and clinical staff, ensuring clear and effective communication Problem Solving- address and resolve patient concerns and issues promptly and courteously (must be available for overtime when required, for example covering colleague sickness and annual leave)
