Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the market, driving B2B sales, and identifying new opportunities for service development and strategic growth. What you’ll be doing Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the medical staffing department, focusing on B2B sales channels. Identify and target new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within target organisations. Collaborate with the medical staffing team to identify and develop new sectors and services that align with market needs and trends. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for growth. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
