Job summary We are looking to recruit a Band 4 Team Leader for Dermatology Reception. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide effective and efficient coordination and staff management for the Dermatology based at the BRI, Bristol. Main duties of the job The post holder will have a range of coordinating, administrative and staff management experience, ideally in a hospital environment, though other experience will be considered. Working in a busy environment within a supportive team, we are seeking an individual who is able to demonstrate good leadership and team player qualities. You will need to manage and prioritise both your own and your teams workload appropriately. You will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure and use your own initiative as required. Main responsibilities include clinic management regeneration, management of clinic rota coordination, overseeing outcome process / training and team management. This post has contact with patients and healthcare professionals via telephone and Teams so applicants must have excellent communication skills. The post holder must be comfortable on Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the understand a wide range of clinical systems effectively.
