- Develop and meticulously oversee effective care plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct regular, informative training sessions for staff to continually enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Efficiently manage team schedules to ensure all client appointments and needs are adequately staffed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client families, fostering strong, trusting relationships.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise, maintaining a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Working Hours:
