An experienced HR Business Partner is required for this urgent interim role, working for a leading logistics company based near Didcot.

Reporting to the Head or HR, this exciting hands-on 12 month contract has a dual focus: Act as a ‘true’ business partner to stakeholders, providing coaching and guidance on all aspects of HR and ER across the business and champion the wider people agenda, supporting a focus on growth, performance, engagement, talent development and culture.
Specific duties will include (but are not limited to):
Employee Relations: Take the lead on the most complex employee relations cases and be a point of escalation and guidance to the HR team.
HR Projects: Support a range of HR projects focusing on Employee Engagement, EVP, Talent Management and Leadership development.
Organisation development: Support the business / functions with structure and cultural change.
Play a pivotal role in continuously reviewing and refining HR policies and processes.
Suitable applicants must have strong employment law knowledge, with experience of managing complex employee relations, organisational change and talent management processes. As well as proven project lead experience, particularly around engagement, cultural change, people development and resourcing.
You will be adaptable and able to take both a strategic and ‘hands-on’ approach. A great communicator, solutions focused and be able to work autonomously. Strong analytical skills are also essential.
