We promote & operate over 140 events a year and as we grow, we are looking for a passionate individual to grow with us.
The Role..
New Vision Events is looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can assist with crafting and organising meaningful social media content for each of our unique brands. The role will involve a varied range of activities and as always with a small growing team will require flexibility and adaptability in line with the ever-changing needs of the business.
Who You Are…
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
* Experience working in a marketing role using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube
* Organised self-starter with a meticulous eye for detail
* Creative thinker
* A key team player with strong communication and organisational skills
* A problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet, prioritise your workload and implement measures to improve procedures
* Possess strong online communication skills including the ability to relate to different audiences
* Strong IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office & some editing applications
* Ability to manage several projects at one time
Desired Experience
* Prior music industry experience
* Experience in a similar live events company
* Degree in marketing or similar field preferred but not necessary
* Some experience in video and photo editing using tools such as Canva and Adobe
* Knowledge and enthusiasm regarding UK festival markets and events
What You Will Be Doing…
* Coordinate compelling social media posts across various brands New Vision Events operates
* Focus on B2C marketing across various social media platforms & B2B marketing on LinkedIn
* Brief creative for artwork and show assets to designers
* Coordinate asset distribution and social posting for internal & external departments such as agents, venues, sponsors & event partners
* Create social media reports and summaries recapping major announcements, on-sale, events and communicate these to Senior Leadership Team.
* Support social media and creative teams on-site at festivals and events
* Create detailed social media campaigns and timelines
* Create engaging content for paid advertisements
* Assist in the development of existing & future brands

Working Schedule
Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work when needed at large scale / high profile events.
Hybrid Work in Lichfield - Work remotely and from office. Required to occasionally work away at various UK event sites.
