Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Health Records and Reception Team to recruit a Junior Operational Manager who will support the management team in all aspects of service delivery and patient care.
Main duties of the job
The Junior Operational Manager role is essential to our service, playing a crucial role in the operational management of the service, ensuring that our administrative processes are delivered to a high quality and supporting the Operational team in the operational delivery and clinical governance of the Service. This is an administrative role.

Qualifications and training
* GCSE or equivalent A-C or 5-9 in core subjects
* Management Qualification
Skills and Experience
* Experience of line management or supervision of staff minimum of 2 years
* Previous experience of working in an operational role within the NHS
Governance
* To be able to demonstrate understanding of Governance and Policies
* To be able to adapt to the changing needs of a diverse organisation
Personal/ Professional Attributes
* To be able to maintain robust professional relationships through outstanding communication

The ability to converse easily and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for all customer facing roles.
