This is a new role in a growing commercial window and door contractor that specialises in multi-unit site residential installs for contractors and developers across East Anglia, schemes typically range from 10 to 100 units. They are looking for an additional team member to manage the process of handover and customer care. Working with their Contracts Manager this role covers picking up on pre-snagging, snagging and aftercare items as required to maximise customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role so would suit someone who is currently or has been a window fitter or service engineer on windows and doors. A mix of products are installed across our projects, including uPVC and aluminium, windows and doors of all types. Vehicle, laptop and phone provided. Responsibilities • Running a rolling schedule of expected handovers • Pre-snagging and snagging repairs • Customer Care/Aftercare coordination and repairs • Maintaining a streamlined parts store • Ordering parts from suppliers • Coordinating with site teams (and occasionally homeowners) • Occasional fitting support To note: • Full time role • Coordinated by Contracts Manager • Progression possible • Offices near the A14/A12 junction • Mostly Mobile • Van, mobile and laptop provided Skill sets • Experienced at window and door repairs, servicing and maintenance • Personable for customer facing role • Able to correspond with clients via email and phone • PC literate to maintain a programme of handovers if you're interested please apply
