Job Description:
We're looking for a Senior Digital Construction Manager to join our Kier Strategic Projects Division. This role within our digital construction function focuses on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use.
Location: London/the South. Some travel will be required to visit projects.
Contract: Full time, Permanent. This role can be based anywhere in the south and will come with a good amount of remote working. You will be expected to travel to projects for site visits.
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring IM Gateway form completion, assessing design team capability, and managing resource considerations across tenders.
* Ensuring EIRs, AIRs, and CDE compliance (ISO 19650) while auditing teams for digital standards adherence.
* Sharing best practices with the Head of Digital Construction, promoting digital strategies, and supporting PLM improvements.
* Overseeing software utilization and digital maturity across the region, raising awareness of digital adoption to drive a digital-first culture across functional departments.
Qualifications:
* Experience in data delivery within the Construction industry.
* Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects at different stages.
* Exposure to key software within Digital and a sound understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents.
* Any people management experience would be advantageous.
