Role Description We are looking for a Chartered or nearly Chartered Structural Engineer to come and grow the Birmingham office, you will report directly to an Associate Director. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chartered Structural Engineer at Walsh - Structural, Civil & Geotechnical Engineers in our Birmingham Office. The role involves daily tasks such as calculations, structural analysis, structural engineering, project coordination, and working with Computer-Aided Design (CAD). While the role is primarily located in Birmingham, remote work is acceptable and visits to the London office will be required. Qualifications & Experience Calculations and Structural Analysis skills Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering expertise Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Experience in structural design software Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Chartered or near-Chartered Engineer status with a relevant professional body Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering Must have experience in concrete and steel frame design
