Senior Estimator for Architectural & Structural Metalwork
This role involves providing expert estimates for architectural and structural metalwork projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, managing estimating teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality estimates.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure a deep understanding of project requirements.
* Lead estimating teams in the preparation of accurate and detailed estimates, including schedules, costs, and resource allocation.
* Analyse complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies for winning new business and delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A proven track record in senior estimating roles, preferably within the architectural and structural metalwork industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package will be offered, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
