As a SEND Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored education to students with special educational needs.This role will be term time only and candidates must have relevant experience, for example working in SEND or SEMH schools/with SEND students. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering personalised lessons that cater to the individual needs of students. Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs). Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for students. Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular updates and reports. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience working with children with special educational needs. A deep understanding of SEN strategies and best practices. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting SEN students.
