Course Information Team Leader – Maternity Cover Ref: 89411 Location: Wakefield College, with travel to Castleford College and Selby College as required. Salary: £28,503 - £30,239 pro rata Hours: 37 hours per week Please note, this is fixed term for approximately 12 months due to Maternity Cover We have an exciting opportunity for a Course Information Team Leader to join a friendly, supportive, and positive team. The role is varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge. You will be required to: -Handle enquiries from staff and the public over the telephone, by email and in person. -Maintain an accurate information system and generate reports from the College’s Information Systems. -To lead team development and identify training needs for more junior team members including apprentices as required. -To participate in the design, review and audit of administrative systems and procedures, which are the responsibilities of the team. As a Course Information Team Leader you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Course Information Team Leader, you will have: -GCSEs in English and Maths, grade A-C/9-4 or equivalent -Qualification in Advice and Guidance -Experience of working in a customer facing role -Experience of leading a team would be desirable This is a diverse role where you will be building relationships with curriculum and support staff, and many other stakeholders.
