Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Swindon – Adult Safeguarding team Location : Swindon Rate : £38.50 Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and Qualified Social Workers to join a busy Adult Safeguarding Team based in Swindon. What will your responsibilities be? As a social worker in Adult Services, you will undertake and coordinate assessments for adults and young people using Personal Outcome Planning tools, develop and manage care packages, and ensure they meet the needs of service users and carers. You will record all activities in the Carefirst system, liaise with Community Care Managers and service providers, participate in the out-of-hours rota, and engage in supervision and training.
