The successful candidate will be pivotal in optimising our guest experience through telephone, email, and live chat interactions, as well as driving revenue targets and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing reservations team, ensuring they deliver excellent guest service and contribute to achieving key revenue and operational targets. Oversee the guest experience through telephone, email, and live chat, ensuring perfect communication and positive interactions with each guest. Support the delivery of the business’s revenue goals by driving high conversion rates, upselling treatments, and optimising the central reservation system. Ensure the team follows clear, step-by-step processes for reservations, providing consistent and accurate information to both guests and internal teams. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and other departments to ensure alignment on revenue strategies, guest satisfaction, and overall business growth. Utilise and manage our systems (Resort Suite) confidently, ensuring team proficiency and smooth operation of the reservation platform. Regularly analyse and report on team performance, conversion rates, and guest feedback, identifying areas for improvement and action. Person Specification: Proven track record and success in driving strong sales growth in senior leadership positions. Demonstrated ability to drive commercial success through effective team leadership, strong performance metrics, and accountability. Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills to drive omni-channel growth, performance improvement, and innovation. A bility to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior leadership, building strong working relationships across the business. Highly organised and efficient individual able to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet business needs. Proven upsell experience ensuring high conversion rates and achieving KPIs. A leader who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve business goals and foster a positive and productive work environment. A strong commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Further Information: Head Office based. 40 hours per week based on a mixture of shifts with the commitment of working one weekend in four.
