What we're looking for:
* 3 predicted or achieved GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent), which must include Maths and English.
* Motivated to learn and develop
* Time management
What will your time as an apprentice look like?
Year 1: Most of our apprentices attend college full time during their first year as an apprentice while they work towards a Level 2 or 3 qualification. Here you will learn the basics needed for your role with us at Sulzer.
Years 2, 3 & 4: Join the team at Sulzer—You’ll be supported in putting the practical skills you learnt at college into real work. To support your development, you will be offered internal training and mentoring while working towards a Level 3 qualification and final Apprenticeship Standard.
