Our client is looking for an Events Marketing Specialist to lead and manage all physical and virtual events globally. They will work closely with the Head of Marketing to achieve a high quality presence, whilst meeting KPI’s. Please note this is a part-time role - Mon-Thurs (30 hours per week Responsibilities Plan and document the annual event calendar, leading on the organisation of trade shows, conferences, webinars and exhibitions. Prepare and adhere to an annual event budget. Collaborating with all members of the Marketing team to ensure pre and post-event marketing activity are executed to fulfil event KPIs. Engage with the Sales teams to co-ordinate and optimise the impact of events. Attend and oversee event execution, including running webinars, as required. Monitor and report on results of events, and analyse results for continuous improvement. Keep ahead of industry trends to ensure the company is maximising all event marketing opportunities. Requirements 3 years experience of running successful events marketing programmes, including virtual and physical events Experience of project managing fully global marketing events programmes (UK, EU, USA, APAC). Proficient working with international vendors and teams (desirable) Good working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Canva and Asana (desirable) Attributes Excellent project management and time management skills High drive, ambition and energy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thrives in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail Ablity to work to tight deadlines.
