From managing orders to supporting the team, your organisational skills will help us deliver the best experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Processing orders Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-store. Maintaining accurate records of sales and stock. Supporting the shop team with administrative tasks. Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Dispatching customer orders What We’re Looking For: Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Previous experience in administration or retail is a plus not essential A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.
