Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85 - £95 Per day Job Duties: Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities Assist in implementing individual education plans Support classroom teachers in delivering tailored lessons Help students with personal care and mobility needs Monitor and record student progress Required Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths Previous experience working with children or young adults Understanding of special educational needs Education: Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths Experience: Previous experience working with children or young adults Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of special educational needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Patience and empathy Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (not essential) First Aid certification Working Conditions: Work in a school setting Full-time hours Contract-based employment Regular interaction with students, teachers, and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
